Starting Position
1. Sit on the leg curl machine and position your legs under the pad.
2. Adjust so that your knees are aligned with the machine's pivot point.
3. Hold the handles to stabilize your upper body.
During the Exercise
1. Use your hamstring muscles to curl your ankles towards your buttocks.
2. Slowly return your legs to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you curl your legs, and inhale as you extend them.
