Starting Position
1. Set the handles of the cable machine to a low position.
2. Grab each handle with your hands and lean slightly forward.
3. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
During the Exercise
1. With a slight bend in your arms, raise your hands upward in a Y shape.
2. Use your shoulder muscles to slowly lift your hands, then slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you lift your arms, and inhale as you lower them.
