Introduction to the nSuns 5/3/1 Program

The nSuns 5/3/1 is a Linear Progression (LP) powerlifting program inspired by Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 strength program. It is designed to be followed on a weekly basis and is suitable for upper-level beginners to lower-level intermediate lifters.

The nSuns program offers a challenging volume and allows for repeated cycles by updating your 1RM based on the additional reps achieved in each week's 1+ AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) set.

Program Structure

  • Monday: Chest/Arms/Back
  • Tuesday: Legs/Abs
  • Wednesday: Shoulders/Chest
  • Thursday: Back/Abs
  • Friday: Arms/Miscellaneous

This 5 Day version allows for the addition of accessory exercises at your discretion, enabling you to choose exercises that target each muscle group effectively.
