Introduction to the nSuns 5/3/1 Program

The nSuns 5/3/1 is a Linear Progression (LP) powerlifting program inspired by Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 strength program. It is designed to be followed on a weekly basis and is suitable for upper-level beginners to lower-level intermediate lifters.

The nSuns program offers a challenging volume, where you record the extra reps from the 1+ AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) set and use this to update your 1RM to continuously improve your strength.

Program Structure

  • Monday: Chest/Arms/Back
  • Tuesday: Legs/Abs
  • Thursday: Arms/Others
  • Friday: Back/Abs

This 4-day version allows you to freely add supplementary exercises to align with your personal goals, in addition to the main exercises of each day.

Program Features

This program aims for strength increase based on consistent volume, allowing for a systematic 1RM update using data from each set. The AMRAP sets challenge lifters to push their limits each time, leading to greater achievements.
