The nSuns 5/3/1 is a Linear Progression (LP) powerlifting program inspired by Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 strength program. It is designed to be followed on a weekly basis and is suitable for upper-level beginners to lower-level intermediate lifters.
The nSuns program offers a challenging volume, where you record the extra reps from the 1+ AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) set and use this to update your 1RM to continuously improve your strength.

This 4-day version allows you to freely add supplementary exercises to align with your personal goals, in addition to the main exercises of each day.
