Why we created this program

육군 기준 1년 6개월이라는 시간 동안 국방의 의무를 다하는 우리 대학민국 청년들이 조금이라도 더 군대라는 조직 안에서 얻는게 있을 수 있도록 고민을 하다보니 설계하게된 프로그램입니다. 열심히 따라만 한다면 특급 보장입니다!

Program Roadmap

주 5일 동안 밀기 당기기 전투체력 밀기 당기기 순으로 이루어져 있습니다. 이틀의 휴식일이 주어지고 총 8주간 루틴 중 5주차에 강도가 올라갑니다.

[Coach Kim Hyung-chul] Hello. I'm Coach Kim Hyung-chul from Finefit Fitness, leading the charge in improving the health and fitness of Korea's military personnel.

As a national boxing championship gold medalist with experience, the strong mental fortitude of a former Korean Special Forces member, and specialized knowledge in exercise physiology and strength training, I currently work as a strength coach specializing in muscle building and body correction for men.

Through programs that combine scientific approaches with real-world experience, I prove that anyone can become stronger.

[Coach Lee Jun-young] Hello! I'm Coach Lee Jun-young, a frontrunner in Korean national health.

With experience as an elite track and field athlete in my youth, an amateur soccer player, and a special forces operative, I now specialize in senior training despite taking quite different paths. I'm a master of conditioning and cognitive movement.

By incorporating biomechanics and physiological theories, I design programs that help anyone improve. Trust me and leave it to me!
