Hello, I'm Yongseung Lee, a natural bodybuilder. In 2021, I earned my IFBB PRO card and have been competing in the pro world, demonstrating intense training and perfect conditioning at every competition.

I believe there's a world of difference between theory and practical experience. Based on my own data accumulated throughout my journey as a bodybuilder, I'd like to introduce my program to help you in your fitness journey.

This program is recommended for:

  • Those who can commit to working out 6 days a week

3-Way Split Routine / 3 Days Training + 1 Day Rest

  • Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
  • Day 2: Back, Shoulders, Biceps
  • Day 3: Legs
  • Day 4: Rest

Push Through to Failure

When reaching failure, rest for 15 seconds and complete the required reps no matter what. Never let go of the weights even during rest.
