Program Introduction

Hello, I'm Hanjo Body, a fitness YouTuber and IFBB PRO. From following traditional workout programs passed down in high school to adopting more scientific training methods, I've realized that many programs seem designed for monks who can dedicate their entire lives to working out. This isn't practical for those of us juggling work and wanting to enjoy life outside the gym.

While I understood the effectiveness of these programs, as a regular person, I found it challenging to maintain them while balancing work and leisure activities. This gradually led to losing interest in working out.

After much trial and error, I've developed a program that helps fitness enthusiasts like me achieve explosive muscle growth while maintaining a better quality of life. I'll share the successful methods that helped me rapidly progress to becoming an IFBB PRO.
