Hello! I'm HimQ, a natural athlete with a 600 total. I love the phrase "lowering the hurdles of exercise." Many of you set overly ambitious goals for daily workouts, leading to periodic failures. I aim to be the kind of trainer who lowers these hurdles. I strive for efficient workouts that make it easier to achieve a physique similar to that of a bodybuilder! I'll help you avoid the realistic trial and error I experienced climbing from 9th to 1st place out of 10. Let's grow together!

You'll develop a balanced physique with no weaknesses, enhancing strength across all areas and exercises, improving your body's balance and performance!

5-Day Workout Routine

  • Monday: Push + Arms
  • Tuesday: Front Lower Body
  • Wednesday: Pull
  • Thursday: Push + Arms
  • Friday: Rear Lower Body + Back
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: Rest

4-Week Curriculum

This program captures both hypertrophy and strength while lowering the hurdles of workout time and frequency, making it easier to achieve a bodybuilder-level physique and performance.

  • Week 1: Low output, high repetitions
  • Week 2: Initial increase in output, lower repetitions
  • Week 3: After deloading, it's a great time to test your limits again. I recommend unleashing all the strength you've been holding back in weeks 1 and 2.
  • Week 4: Maximize strength with low repetitions. Feel free to engage in high-volume, all-out training beyond the program.
