6-Week Curriculum
This is a basic routine aimed at enhancing muscle function through strength and endurance training, tailored to your goals.
Weeks 1-3
- Learn to use muscles in various ranges
- Discover different uses even with the same equipment or exercise

- Increase weight based on learned techniques to build volume
