Exercise Description

Starting Position 1. Sit on the lat pulldown machine and adjust the knee pad to secure your legs. 2. Grip the bar wider than shoulder-width apart. 3. Keep your back straight and push your chest forward. During the Exercise 1. With a slight bend in your arms, slowly pull the bar down using your shoulder and back muscles. 2. Pull the bar until it touches the back of your neck, then slowly return to the starting position. Breathing Tips Exhale as you pull the bar down, and inhale as you release the bar.
