Starting Position
1. Wear a weighted vest or use a light weight that can be safely secured on your back.
2. Place your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and extend your legs behind you into a plank.
3. Keep your body in a straight line from your head to your heels, and brace your core and glutes.
During the Exercise
1. Bend your elbows at about a 45-degree angle from your torso and lower your chest toward the floor.
2. Press through the floor with your chest and triceps to return to the starting position.
3. Keep your torso firm without letting your lower back arch or hips sag.
Breathing Tips
Inhale as you lower your body, and exhale as you press back up.
