Starting Position
1. Sit on the lat pulldown machine and adjust the knee pad to secure your legs.
2. Grab the bar with an underhand grip (palms facing up) at shoulder width.
3. Keep your back straight and push your chest forward.
During the Exercise
1. Slowly pull the bar down towards your chest by bending your elbows.
2. Stop just before the bar touches your chest, then slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you pull the bar down, and inhale as you let it rise.
