Starting Position
1. Put on your swimsuit and enter the water.
2. Float in the water and keep your body relaxed.
3. Extend your arms and legs naturally and get ready.
During the Exercise
1. Alternately extend your arms forward and pull the water.
2. Kick your legs alternately to propel your body forward.
3. Keep your head floating in the water, turning it to the side only when you need to breathe.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you extend your arms, and inhale when you turn your head to the side to breathe.
