Exercise Description

Starting Position 1. Place your feet on the stepper machine, positioning them in the center of the pedals. 2. If there are handles, lightly grip them to maintain balance. 3. Keep your back straight and look forward. During the Exercise 1. Lower one foot while raising the opposite foot. 2. Maintain a steady rhythm, alternating your feet. 3. Be careful not to bend your knees too much. Breathing Tips Breathe naturally in rhythm with your steps. Exhale as you lower your foot, and inhale as you raise it.
