Starting Position
1. Sit in front of the cable machine and secure your feet.
2. Grab the cable handle with one hand.
3. Keep your back straight and chest out.
4. Place the other hand naturally on your waist or leg.
During the Exercise
1. Pull your hand towards your body, keeping your elbow close to your side.
2. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and expand your chest.
3. Slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you pull your hand towards you, and inhale as you extend your arm.
