Exercise Description

Starting Position 1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. 2. Slightly bend your knees and lean your upper body slightly forward. 3. Keep your arms naturally at your sides. During the Exercise 1. Step to the right with your right foot. 2. Bring your left foot towards your right foot, returning to shoulder-width stance. 3. Repeat the same movement to the left. 4. Maintain a rhythm and continue stepping side to side. Breathing Tips Breathe naturally as you move. Be careful not to breathe too quickly.
