Starting Position
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand naturally.
3. Keep your arms at your sides with your palms facing your body.
During the Exercise
1. Lift your shoulders up towards your ears as high as possible.
2. Pause briefly, then slowly lower your shoulders back to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you lift your shoulders, and inhale as you lower them.
