Starting Position
1. Stand up straight and bring both hands behind your back.
2. Interlace your fingers or grab the opposite wrist with one hand.
During Exercise
1. Slowly pull your interlaced hands downward and back.
2. Open your chest wide and pull your shoulders back.
3. Hold for 15-30 seconds, feeling the stretch in the front of your shoulders and chest.
Breathing
Inhale as you open your chest, then breathe naturally while maintaining the stretch.
