Starting Position
1. Load the machine with weight plates suitable for your fitness level.
2. Sit on the seat with your back and hips pressed firmly against the backrest, keeping your chest up.
3. Adjust the seat height so the handles are at shoulder level.
4. Grip the handles with your palms facing forward.
During the Exercise
1. Push the handles upward by engaging your shoulder muscles.
2. Keep a slight bend in your elbows at the top of the movement; do not lock them out.
3. Slowly lower the handles back to shoulder level while feeling the resistance.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you push the handles up, and inhale as you lower them.
