Starting Position
1. Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
2. Keep your back straight and engage your core.
3. Clasp your hands in front of your chest or place them behind your head.
During the Exercise
1. Slowly twist your upper body to the right, keeping your lower body stable.
2. Slowly return to the starting position.
3. Now twist your upper body to the left.
4. Repeat this motion.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you twist your upper body, and inhale as you return to the starting position.
