Starting Position
1. Sit on the seated calf raise machine.
2. Place the knee pad on your thighs and position the balls of your feet on the foot platform.
3. Let your heels touch the ground to set the starting position.
During the Exercise
1. Use your calf muscles to raise your heels as high as possible.
2. Slowly lower your heels back to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you raise your heels, and inhale as you lower them.
