Starting Position
1. Attach the rope to the top of a cable machine.
2. Kneel down and grab the ends of the rope.
3. Bend your elbows and bring the rope over your head.
4. Keep your back straight and engage your abs.
During the Exercise
1. Use your abs to curl your upper body downward.
2. Slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you curl your upper body down, and inhale as you return to the starting position.
