Starting Position
1. Sit on the bench with your feet secured and lean your upper body forward.
2. Grab the handles and fully extend your arms.
3. Keep your back straight and push your chest out.
During the Exercise
1. Bend your elbows and pull the handles towards your body.
2. Pull your shoulders back and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
3. Slowly extend your arms to return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you pull the handles, and inhale as you extend your arms.
