Exercise Description

Starting Position 1. Sit on the row machine and place your feet on the footrests. 2. Slightly bend your knees and grab the handles with both hands. 3. Keep your back straight and push your chest forward. During the Exercise 1. Pull the handles towards your body by bending your arms. 2. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and keep your chest up. 3. Slowly extend your arms to return to the starting position. Breathing Tips Exhale as you pull the handles, and inhale as you extend your arms.
