Starting Position
1. Place your feet on the foot platform and slightly bend your knees.
2. Grab the handles and keep your back straight.
3. Open your chest and pull your shoulders back.
During the Exercise
1. Bend your elbows and pull the handles towards your body.
2. Pull your shoulders back and keep your chest open.
3. Slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you pull the handles, and inhale as you return to the starting position.
