Starting Position
1. Get down on your hands and knees in a tabletop position.
2. Place one hand lightly behind your head.
During the Exercise
1. Open your chest by lifting your bent elbow toward the ceiling.
2. Follow your elbow with your eyes, gently rotating your upper back and torso.
3. Slowly lower your elbow toward your opposite arm to return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you rotate your body and open your chest, and inhale as you return to the starting position.
