Starting Position
1. Position the handles of the cable machine at the top.
2. Grab the handles with both hands and step one foot forward for stability.
3. Keep your chest up and back straight.
4. Start with a slight bend in your arms.
During the Exercise
1. Engage your chest muscles to bring your hands downward and together.
2. Slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you bring your hands together, and inhale as you extend your arms.
