Exercise Description

Starting Position 1. Sit on the high row machine with your feet flat on the floor. 2. Adjust the seat so the handles are at shoulder height. 3. Grip the handles naturally with both hands. During the Exercise 1. Pull the handles towards your body by bending your arms. 2. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and keep your chest up. 3. Slowly return to the starting position. Breathing Tips Exhale as you pull the handles, and inhale as you return to the starting position.
