Starting Position
1. Sit on the machine and place your feet on the footrests.
2. Grab the handles and extend your arms forward.
3. Keep your back straight and push your chest out.
4. Relax your shoulders naturally.
During the Exercise
1. Pull the handles towards your body by bending your arms.
2. Pull until your elbows go behind your body and your chest is expanded.
3. Slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you pull the handles, and inhale as you return to the starting position.
