Exercise Description

Starting Position 1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. 2. Prepare a bench or step box in front of you. During the Exercise 1. Place one foot on the bench or step box and shift your weight to step up. 2. Stand fully on the elevated foot and bring the other foot up onto the bench or step box. 3. Slowly return to the starting position. 4. Repeat with the opposite foot. Breathing Tips Exhale as you step up, and inhale as you step down.
