Starting Position
1. Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart.
2. Point your toes slightly outward.
3. Keep your chest up and your back straight.
During the Exercise
1. Shift your weight to one side, bending that knee and pushing your hips back to squat down.
2. Keep the other leg straight, with the heel on the floor and toes pointing up.
3. Push through your bent leg to return to the starting position.
4. Repeat the movement on the other side.
Breathing Tips
Inhale as you lower your body, and exhale as you push back up to the starting position.
