Starting Position
1. Sit on the lat pulldown machine and adjust the knee pad to secure your legs.
2. Grip the handle with a close grip, narrower than shoulder-width.
3. Keep your back straight and push your chest forward.
During the Exercise
1. Bend your elbows and pull the handle down towards your chest.
2. Slowly extend your arms to return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you pull the handle down, and inhale as you extend your arms.
