Starting Position
1. Kneel on the floor and get into a hands-and-knees position.
2. Place your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees directly under your hips.
During the Exercise
1. Exhale as you round your back upward toward the ceiling.
2. Lower your head and look toward your navel.
3. Round your back as much as possible, then slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing
Exhale as you round your back, and inhale as you return to the starting position.
