Starting Position
1. Sit on the calf press machine and place your feet on the footplate.
2. Slightly bend your knees and position your toes at the edge of the footplate.
3. Hold the handles to stabilize your body.
During the Exercise
1. Press the footplate with your toes, engaging your calf muscles.
2. Slowly lower your feet back to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you press up, and inhale as you lower your feet.
