Starting Position
1. Set the handles of the cable machine at shoulder height.
2. Grab the handles with both hands and step one foot forward for stability.
3. Start with your arms slightly bent.
During the Exercise
1. Engage your chest muscles to bring your hands upward together.
2. Slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you bring your hands together, and inhale as you extend your arms.
