Exercise Description

Starting Position 1. Stand in front of the cable machine and grab the handles with both hands. 2. Place your feet shoulder-width apart and slightly bend your knees. 3. Keep your elbows fixed at your sides with your palms facing up. During the Exercise 1. Keeping your elbows fixed, curl your arms to bring the handles toward your shoulders. 2. Slowly extend your arms to return to the starting position. Breathing Tips Exhale as you curl the handles up, and inhale as you extend your arms.
