Starting Position
1. Adjust the cable machine handles to chest height.
2. Grab the handles with both hands and step one foot forward for stability.
3. Keep your chest up and back straight.
During the Exercise
1. With a slight bend in your arms, engage your chest muscles to press the handles forward.
2. Slowly return to the starting position.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you press the handles forward, and inhale as you return the handles.
