Starting Position
1. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Engage your core to keep your back straight.
During the Exercise
1. Bend over and place both hands on the floor in front of you.
2. Jump both feet back to get into a push-up position. (Beginners can step back one foot at a time.)
3. Jump your feet back forward toward your hands.
4. As you stand up, push off the ground forcefully and jump forward as far as you can.
5. Land softly with your knees slightly bent, then turn around and repeat.
Breathing Tips
Inhale as you drop to the floor, and exhale forcefully as you jump forward.
