Starting Position
1. Sit on the air bike and place your feet on the pedals.
2. Grip the handles with both hands and position your arms and legs comfortably.
3. Keep your back and spine straight, and look forward.
During the Exercise
1. Move your arms and legs simultaneously, pedaling and pushing and pulling the handles.
2. Maintain a steady pace and keep the movements of your arms and legs coordinated.
Breathing Tips
Breathe naturally during the exercise. Exhale as you pedal harder, and inhale as you ease off.
