Starting Position
1. Lie on your back on the floor.
2. Place your hands lightly behind your head.
3. Lift your legs into the air, bending your knees at a 90-degree angle.
During the Exercise
1. Bring your right knee towards your chest while lifting your upper body so that your left elbow touches your right knee.
2. At the same time, extend your left leg straight out.
3. Repeat the same motion on the opposite side.
4. Continue alternating sides in a cycling motion.
Breathing Tips
Exhale as you bring your knee in, and inhale as you extend your leg.
